Jason Zilka, CMS
Director of Aerial Services, Project Manager
As an owner in the firm, Jason helped facilitate the change in ownership from KBM Inc. to KBM GeoSpatial LLC. As the Director of Aerial Services, he has supported and managed a variety of GIS, mapping, estimating, planning, and design activities. Jason’s responsibilities include design and preparation of plans and specification, project management, and supervision of designers, inspectors, and administrative personnel. He has worked on a range of projects including project management, LiDAR modeling, electrical transmission line design, line rerating, data compilation and coordination, and mapping.

Raul Martinez, CP
Raul’s extensive experience includes auto-triangulation, planimetric and topographic compilation, photogrammetric department operations, and project management. He has completed thousands of acres of land mapping throughout the upper-midwest and off-shore. His work has included an array of topographic forms, such as coal mine field development and reclamation, wind farm developments, transmission line corridors, and municipal and rural developments. Raul oversees aero-triangulation, digital orthophoto generation, and stereo compilation.

Since 2003, Chad has accumulated significant experience in surveying, aerial mapping, sUAS, and GIS services. He has standardized our work-flow for processing data. Chad has contributed an array of projects from field survey control to LiDAR processing and more.
